■ The Reality of Large-Scale Development Projects
In reality, many buyers withdraw early once they hear current construction cost levels. Furthermore, personnel capable of handling projects at the JPY 10 billion scale are not numerous even within major real estate companies. When limited to hospitality-related real estate, they are even fewer.
Although not publicly disclosed, the RedB division is currently engaged in intermediary work between sellers and buyers on real estate projects with total construction costs reaching JPY 100 billion, and in some cases exceeding that level.
